A new small stock high-speed three-phase brushless vacuum cleaner motor. This motor was originally used on high-end rechargeable vacuum cleaners. The workmanship is very good. The motor has a built-in high-power brushless drive. The measured speed of the brushless motor is about 47000 rpm. The motor balance requirements are extremely high, so the motor rotor and impeller are dynamically balanced. The bearings are all imported NMB bearings, the impellers are made of aluminum alloy, and the diameter of the fan's air inlet is 21.2mm.
There is also a test report in the motor. The measured maximum air volume is 1m³ per minute, the vacuum degree of the whole block is ≥7300pa, and the noise is ≤85dB, which is for reference only.
The rated voltage of the motor is 10.8V and the power is 85W. It should be powered by a 3S power lithium battery. The measured limit voltage of 8-15V can be used. The 8V limit low voltage power line must be thick and the voltage cannot be pulled down a little bit, otherwise it will not start. Protection, the maximum current of the motor 8-15V is about 6-7A, the motor supports 1khz PWM signal stepless speed regulation, see the wiring definition diagram for details, you can purchase the 16 yuan PWM signal board adjustment from our store separately, and the motor directly starts as long as the PWM The signal green wire is connected in series with a 10K resistor to the power supply and it can run at the highest speed directly. For direct startup, the wire must be connected and then energized, otherwise the motor will not rotate.
The thick wire of the motor has a red positive pole, and the thick wire of the motor has a black negative pole. Be sure to confirm the positive and negative poles before wiring. If you connect them incorrectly, the drive circuit will be burnt.
The fan must not directly suck foreign matter or liquid into the impeller, otherwise it will damage the motor.
The motor is a high-power brushless motor, so the power supply must have a large current. It is recommended that the power supply is at least 10A or more. The lithium battery requires a high-current power cell. The motor is suitable for retrofitting a portable vacuum cleaner or a large-flow disinfection atomizing sprayer .
