(3) About automatic principle

① Automatic control, no manual operation is required. When the system pipeline pressure reaches the upper limit, the power will be cut off automatically and the water pump will stop working. When the pressure reaches the lower limit, the power supply will be automatically connected and the water pump will start to work.

② When the pressure in the line is released to the switch low pressure (1.5kg / cm² below) will be reconnected, the pressure reaches a high point (2.2kg / cm ² above) pressure will be disconnect, so repeat the cycle of work .


(4) This product has two types of interfaces for you to choose

① 15mm Inner Thread: The inner diameter of the threaded hole is about 15mm;

② 12.5mm Male Thread: The thread diameter is 12.5mm;

(5) Special attention is required before purchase. In order to avoid purchasing the wrong product, we recommend that you measure the interface size of the pressure switch. The external thread measures the outer diameter of 12.5mm, and the internal thread measures the inner diameter of 15mm. If you send us a picture of the pump, we cannot help you judge, so this is invalid. You can check your old pressure switch and compare it with our products, but you still need to measure whether the old pressure switch is in compliance with our pressure switch.

(6) This product can be adjusted, but if you are a non-professional, we do not recommend you to adjust it, thank you for your cooperation. After you replace the pressure switch, if the pump can start and stop normally, we recommend that you do not adjust it, because we have been debugged by the equipment before leaving the factory and have been sealed. This can prevent the bolts from loosening, which can effectively prevent the pump The pressure changes due to resonance during operation.

(7) Note: If your water pump has not been installed with such a switch, we recommend that you do not purchase it because a single switch is useless. This product needs to be used in conjunction with the corresponding peripheral accessories of the pump. If there is only a separate switch, because this switch has no boosting effect, it will not play any role.

This product must be used in conjunction with all the corresponding pump kits. It plays a controlling role based on the detection of the pressure of the pump water outlet pipeline and the set pressure.

This product must be installed on a water pump with a check valve to maintain the pressure to achieve the purpose of automatic control, and then use it with the water storage tank to achieve the buffering effect, effectively reduce the number of start and stop, and extend the service life of the switch contacts; you can See the usage display in the picture below.
